Antique Silver Tumbled & Unfilled Travertine is a natural stone available in both 12 mm tiles and 30 mm pavers, suitable for different applications.

12 mm Tiles

• Thickness: 12 mm
• Best for: Indoor floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchens, and covered outdoor areas.
• Finish: Tumbled and unfilled for a rustic, aged appearance with natural pits and texture.
• Colour: A blend of silver, grey, beige, and subtle cream tones.
• Common sizes: Often available in  610 × 406 mm, or French Pattern sets.

30 mm Pavers

• Thickness: 30 mm
• Best for: Outdoor areas such as patios, pool surrounds, pathways, courtyards, and driveways (depending on the installation method).
• Finish: Tumbled and unfilled, providing a naturally slip-resistant surface. P4 slip rate.
• Benefits:
  • More durable for external use.
  • Better suited to high-traffic areas.
  • Withstands outdoor weather conditions well.

Characteristics

• Natural travertine with unique colour variation—no two pieces are identical.
• Tumbled edges create a timeless, Mediterranean-style look.
• The unfilled holes enhance the authentic natural stone appearance but may collect dirt and debris in outdoor applications. For a smoother, easier-to-maintain surface, we recommend filling the holes and applying a sponge finish using a colour-matching grout.
• Stays relatively cool underfoot, making it a popular choice around swimming pools.

Maintenance

• Seal the stone after installation and reseal periodically to protect against staining and moisture.
• Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner.
• Avoid acidic cleaners such as vinegar or bleach, as they can etch the stone.

If you’re choosing between the two:

• 12 mm tiles are ideal for indoor installations as well as covered outdoor areas such as alfresco spaces, balconies, verandas, and front porches. They should be installed over a stable concrete base using a suitable tile adhesive.
• 30 mm pavers are designed for outdoor applications where greater strength and durability are required. They are ideal for pool surrounds, pool coping, patios, pathways, courtyards, driveways, and other high-traffic outdoor areas when installed on an appropriate base.
